What is “peptides”?
(Under the editing of the vice-president of scientific department in “Peptides Company”- Girgiladze D.A.)
The ancient truth states: “The strong man is not the one who fights the weakness but the one who wisely treats one’s health”
Since ancient times, scientists try to discover the reason for aging of the organism. The nature of man is to live for 110-120 years. Aging starts gradually: At the beginning, the rate of the biochemical processes slows down, the functions of brains, heart, liver, etc. decline.
And then, when symptoms such as wrinkles, gray hair, problems with the joints appear, these are already consequences.

Life exists thanks to two molecules: DNA, which is the matrix and by itself is not active, and peptide molecules which directionally activate the necessary DNA sections.
When joining a peptide with certain DNA section, i.e. with the part of the relevant gene, a synthesis occurs of a specific protein and hence, life.
The peptides – these are very short fragments of proteins. Their full size is 1 nm and are rightfully considered a part of the nano-world. As it is known, the proteins consist of amino acids – chains of units with various length: long – containing tens of amino acids and short – containing from 2 to 20 units. In the organism, the peptides are the “information” keys, they unlock the information in cells strictly corresponding to the “key” /following the principle – a key for a specific lock/, to enable the operation of everything in the organism on time and as it should be.
The cells produce a specific type of proteins. Some of them take part in the production of peptides, regulating the cell operation. When the cell works well, the organ works well too. The violation of the cellular activity is a violation of the work of the entire organ which, accordingly, results in sickness. Of course, the sickness can be treated by introducing in the organism the missing substances but then the cell becomes fully idle and stops working in general. Therefore, “key messengers” need to be sent – the relevant peptides that can make the cell work and the organism start to treat itself. Every organ has a reserve of stem cells whose work is also affected by the peptides. If this reserve is used uniformly, the person would live 100-110 years.

All peptides have a tight specialization. For every organ, only its specific peptide would work: For lung – lung, for liver – liver, for brains – brains. Peptides are the same for all mammals. Therefore, if we take peptides from a calf and give them to a man, the human body will accept them as its own. The main problem has been to learn how to extract peptides from the animal organs. In 1971, in the Military Medical Academy in Saint Petersburg, Russia, Vladimir Khavinson and Viatcheslav Morozov invented this technology.
Medical preparations have been created and then on their grounds, the nutrient additives that are easier to administer, have been made.
Studying the aging process and ways to affect it, the team of scientists at the Institute of Gerontology in Saint Petersburg have reached to the conclusion that the peptides included in the diet of the experimental group of mice extend their life duration with 30-38%.
The later clinical studies of the peptides have been performed on elderly people at the Institutes of Gerontology in Kiev and Saint Petersburg. The studies demonstrate a decrease of mortality almost twice which proves the high geroprotective activity of peptides.

Thus, in the second half of ХХ century in Russia, a new technology was developed – bioregulation. No one in the world has any analogical preparations yet.
The discovery of the peptide bioregulators can be compared to the launching of the first satellite. 40 times experiments confirm that the foundation of the aging and diseases /including cancer/ is disturbances in the regulation of the protein synthesis.
Long time studies of the use of the peptide products demonstrate their high efficiency for patients from various age groups but mostly for people above the age of 50. An absolute advantage of the peptide bioregulators is the lack of any adverse reactions. For several decades, the peptide products have been taken by more than 15 millions of people with different pathologies. The efficiency is 75-95% on the average.
For every person at the age of 35 to 60 years, only two or three courses with peptides suffice per annum to maintain the vital functions of the organism. To be young and healthy /- and not that banal as it sounds-/, people need to have a healthy lifestyle. As the age progresses, even for a healthy person, an involution starts of the vital systems in the organism. They all gradually grow old. First, as a rule, under the pressure of the external and internal factors, the immune, neuro-endocrine and central nervous system fall.
Therefore, after 35 years of age, it is reasonable to consider preventing the age related changes in the body, to organize one’s own regimen and choose a program for recovery and rejuvenation of the organism based on peptides, because the use of the peptide bioregulators is the path to the active longevity.
Today, there is already a fourth generation preparations: Cytomaxes – 21 peptide complex bioregulators. These are geroprotectors which help to stop the aging. You can start taking them from the age of 25-30 years, and when you are 40 – it is already a need.
The peptide bioregulators should be administered (a quotation of D. A. Gorgiladze – a vice president of the NPCRIZ for science): “…with no interruption and long enough, to make sure there is no return to the previous state of the organism.” The active aging starts at a relatively early age. Stress, excessive body burden – they all contribute to the decrease of synthesis of proteins and aging.
“The lack of peptides, as the age progresses and with various diseases, significantly speeds up the wearing off and aging of body tissues. It is a fact that the appropriate functioning of the cells and tissues need adequate amounts of peptides which, on their behalf, support the work of the genes in an optimal mode. The peptides work in specific cells and they are synthesized in them. In pathologies, as well as with aging, the work of the cells is disturbed and therefore the peptide reproduction is disturbed which results in suffering of the cellular function. The degeneration of the tissues progresses, which is ultimately a clinical expression. Therefore, the use of short peptides is one of the biggest innovations in medicine and can significantly slow down the aging via stimulation of the cellular proliferation and regeneration of tissues as well as improve the cellular resource. Another important advantage of the peptides is their anti-tumor effect.
As of today, the use of peptides is the best and non-compromising solution in the revitalization (rejuvenation) and preventing of cancer, since it allows the cell and tissue renovation not only thanks to the regulation and synchronization of all cyclic processes but also via increase of the capacity of cellular division with no mutation.” (Gorgiladze D.A.)
